Strip Pieced Faux Quilted Card

Hello, Crafty Friends, Vishu here today with a Strip Pieced Faux Quilted Card . Couple days ago I tried a quilt card and it seems to have struck a crafty cord so sharing another one today.

Ann Butler 2″Faux Quilt Stamps by Unity Stamps

cardstock, glue, embossing folder

First I stamped the faux quilt images on a white cardstock and then cut the image into 1/2″ strips

Then on a 4 X 5.25 inch cardstock I made the quilt pattern, I played around quite a bit before I decided on the pattern and then glued the strips and embossed it with an embossing folder to give it the quilt look. I then layered it on a black cardstock and then the card base. Embellished the card with a sentiment and rhinestones.
