Hello friends. Larissa here with you today with a Plaid Stamped Christmas Card because as you know the Holiday Season is upon us! I know we are probably all focused on Halloween since it is right around the corner. Although I have already started pulling out my Christmas stamps and have them lined up to start my cards and projects.
This morning I turned on a Christmas movie on Netflix and decided to start in. I have a little different card for you today.
I didn’t do a quilt pattern like I normally do but instead I used one of the Faux Quilting Stamps and stamped it 4 1/2 times across the card front using black ink so I could add some color. My inspiration for the card was a blanket I use at Christmas time. I used color pencils to lightly color in the squares.
The sentiment Merry Christmas I hand wrote using a Black Copic Liner. Of course I could not resist adding a little hand drawn Christmas Tree.
To finish off the card I added a few red and green sequins. I had to add a little bling somewhere. 🙂
