Hello Friends, Donna here with you today to share a FUN Mouthwatering Watermelon Stamped Dish Towel!
It’s Summertime and with all the gatherings for picnics and barbecues you need to have some cute dish towels!
What better way to say Summertime Fun than this Mouthwatering Watermelon Stamped Dish Towel?
Shall we get started?
Step 1:
Gather all materials. Cut a Watermelon shape out, either free hand or using a Cricut.
Step 2:
Tape down pieces of cutout. Washi tape areas that are not to be covered with ink.
Step 3:
Stamp using Ann Butler’s ColorBox Crafter’s Ink Limelight and one of her square 1 inch Faux Quilting stamps.
Step 4:
Next, remove the watermelon piece and then, cover the area just stamped.
Step 5:
On the inside stamp with Ann Butler’s ColorBox Crafter’s Ink in Berry.
Step 6:
Replace the watermelon center piece back over the stamped center, remove the Washi tape to reveal seeds.
Step 7:
Using ColorBox Art Daubers and ColorBox Crafter’s Ink in Night, dab ink into the seed openings. Remove all of the paper stencil.
Step 8:
Lightly draw a line around watermelon with a permanent black ink marker.
Step 9:
Press with an iron to set ink.
