Haunted Mansion Tag with Faux Quilting Stamps

__Hey, crafty friends, Einat Kessler here, with a new spook-tacular Haunted Mansion TAG project! Everybody is in Halloween mode so I’ve joined the party with an easy fun tag. Even though I don’t celebrate Halloween (it’s not a holiday in Israel) I think it’s such a fun holiday and I always enjoy creating projects for this time of year.

This tag is really easy to make. First cover the tag with Ann Butler’s Crafter’s Ink in Tangelo. Use a circular motion and a sponge to create a uniform look. Make the edges of the tag a little more bold by applying more ink.

Then arrange some of Ann Butler’s Designs 1″ Faux Quilting stamps on an acrylic block. To create the mansion I arranged the squares in a building shape but slightly tilted to give it more of a crazy Halloween look. Once you are happy with the arrangement stamp the tag with black ink. Trace all the shape with a black pen.

Add a little of the same Tangelo ink on a piece of scrap white cardstock and then cut out a few windows and a door. Add details with a black pen. I also added a few more details like the spider web and the spider as well as a little balcony and a chimney. I also drew bats flying around. Finally, I wrote the word Halloween in ghostly letters.

This tag can be part of your Halloween decorations, a party favor, a Trick or Treat bag topping etc. The options are endless. Have a Happy Halloween!
