Good Monday morning everyone! Larissa here for a little Monday morning inspiration.
Since becoming an Ann Butler Designs Team member I have this great desire to quilt.
Well anyone who knows me knows that I can turn on a sewing machine and sew a straight line. As far as hand stitching. yea, that isn’t happening. Not yet at least. But I am working on it.
So if I can’t quilt what better way to fake it but with Ann’s beautiful Faux Quilting Stamps.
I have tons of patterns I have found online and I am having so much fun recreating them with Ann’s Stamps.
Today I used 4 different stamps from 3 different sets to create
my card.
I used 4 different colors of ink. I stamped the triangles and squares several times on
a piece of white cardstock.
I cut the triangles and squares out and put them together to form the pattern I wanted.
I adhered the pattern to a piece of matching solid color cardstock and added a
few embellishments.
I then took a piece of vellum and heat embossed the sentiment on it.
So easy. I challenge you to use Ann’s stamps and make a quilt
pattern of your own.
Thanks for stopping by today to see my creation.
