Hello everybody, its Vishu here today. We had an awesome summery weekend and I can’t wait to complain about how hot it is after the winter we have had. Today I have a cute girly project to share. This was a quick and easy project made with stuff I had in my craft area.
Products used:
Cardstock
Ann Butler Faux Quilt 1″ stamps by Unity
Brads, scallop circle punch, button embellishments
First I cut the cardstock to 7″ X 8″, then score the 7″ side at 1 1/4″ turn the cardstock 180 deg and score again at 1 1/4″. Score the 8″ side at 3″ and 5″. After the score lines I stamped my design and customized them. Fold at the score lines forming a smaller rectangle. Now cut 2 strips 4 1/2″ X 1″ which form the border for the top of the purse and 2 strip of 8″ X 3/4″ strip to form the handles of the purse.
What I loved about using the Ann Butler faux quilt stamps for this project was how easy it was to customize the looks of the purse.
I filled the purse with a gift card and some kisses chocolate.
That is it for me today, hope you all have a crafty day.
