Hi everyone,
Paula here with a birthday card for today. I used the Faux Quilt stamps and Crafters Inks to make some cupcake embellishments for this cute little card!
ColorBox Crafter’s® by Ann Butler in Lilac, Berry and Aquamarine
EZ-De’s Sampler Set A
EZ-De’s 1″ Rail Fence Set
Stampin’ Up Cupcake Punch
Cardstock, Patterned paper, Embossing Powder, Glitter
1. Randomly place stamps on a large block. Stamp in Berry on white cardstock.
2. Using clear embossing powder, heat emboss the first layer.
3. I used a waterbrush, dipping in Aquamarine and Lilac, and colored lightly over the embossed image.
4. After coloring, I heated once again with the heat gun, applied some glitter and heated again.
5. Using Stampin’ Up’s Cupcake punch, cut out 3 cupcakes of this stamped image just created. A great way to make your own embellishments!
The card is layered with a strip of cardstock and patterned paper. Stamp a sentiment of your choice.
Have a great day!
Paula
