Hello, friends. Larissa here with you today with a Quick and Easy Faux Quilted Card.
- Ann Butler ColorBox Crafter’s Ink® from Clearsnap™ in Limelight and Ocean Breeze
- Ann Butler Faux Quilting Stamps from Unity Stamp Company 1′ Stripes.Dots.Hearts and 1″ Leaves all Over
- Two different pieces of blue cardstock
- A small piece of white cardstock
- An acrylic stamping block
- Button and Rhinestones
- Hi cut out
- adhesive
Here is what I did.
I stamped the stripe triangle in Limelight 4 times on a piece of white cardstock. I then stamped the dots triangle with Ocean Breeze 8 times on a piece of blue cardstock. I cut each one out and then arranged them on the card.
I started out with a pinwheel type pattern.
I then arranged the blue triangles in a pattern around the pinwheel. I did not follow a quilt block pattern like I normally do I just went with what looked good to me. I adhered everything down with liquid glue. I then added some rhinestones and a button to the middle of the pinwheel. I had a “hi” cut out sitting on my table I had cut out earlier in the day but never used. So I rubbed my finger in the same ink colors and colored the cutout.
You can really arrange these triangles anyway you want.
Hope you enjoyed my post today. Don’t forget so me what you have done with Ann Butler Designs Faux Quilting Stamps and you could be featured on our new Fan spotlight post each month.
Have a wonderful weekend, friends.

Cute! I love this! I have wanted to start making more ‘handmade’ cards at home to send out as thank you’s and what not and this is perfect!
